Mesa Madness: 93109

The Mesa has always been one of my favorite communities in Santa Barbara. I spent part of my childhood living on the Mesa and when we decided to purchase our next home, we chose this neighborhood to raise our children. We live most of our lives on the Mesa and wouldn’t have it any other way!

We shop here; Lazy Acres and Vons, dine here; Rose Cafe, Mesa Verde or Mesa Burger, play here; Shoreline Park, Elings Park or the Wilcox Property, frequent the beaches; Leadbetter, 1000 Steps. Mesa Lane and Hendry’s too.

I love the changing architecture of the 1950’s era bungalows that are being updated and loved.  The overall laid back, beachy, fisherman, family-based vibes are right up my alley too and the temperatures are a bit cooler with the ocean breezes.
