The Santa Barbara real estate market is still rocking and rolling! There is still a lot of pent up buyer demand and many sellers on the fence
about selling not knowing what they can purchase as a replacement property or deciding whether or not they want to move out of Santa Barbara and stretch their retirement/house equity money further in a different community.

I am thankful to have multiple buyers that I have been able to get into escrow this year and many more that are being patient and continuing to throw their hats into the “ring” and try for properties that could work for them. You never know, perhaps a seller will choose your offer! I am always available to talk with you about the process and give it a try.

There is no getting around the fact that this is a very competitive and expensive market. Having a Realtor with 18 years of experience and close connections with the other agents in our town is essential. So is putting your best foot forward, writing clean and easy to understand offers and having a local lender support your financial ability is key. Below are two properties I have in escrow that are recent examples of multiple offer situations that worked out for my clients.
