Two Unrelated Couples Buying A Duplex Together

I know we aren’t your average clients–two unrelated couples buying a duplex together isn’t exactly the standard–but it felt like you’d done this a million times. Elizabeth really demystified the process, kept us on track, and did more than we expected to make the whole thing a piece of cake.  We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and helper as we made probably the second-biggest decision of our lives (marriage was a pretty big one too!)  Our sincerest thanks for a job well done, and know that you haven’t seen the last of us!  Joe and Robin Selzler
