Over the past year I was honored to help many clients with their real estate needs and had great discussions with many more about their plans for the upcoming year.I assisted in the sale of many different types of properties. From single family residences, to VERY rustic (grass growing on the roof) cabins, from downtown condos to sustainable ranches on the Gaviota Coast. Some of the properties that I represented were huge houses with pools, some located in private gated communities while others were just the right size for first time buyers starting on their path of home ownership. I enjoyed selling several that had gorgeous ocean views and was told many times that one of the income property I found for a buyer was considered by many in the industry to be the deal of the year!As you can see from above, the year 2018 was filled with a varied list of sales! That is one of the reasons that I like my profession so much, it is always changing and never dull! After over 15 years in the real estate industry, I continue to love what I choose to do for a living.

2019 is already shaping up to be a great year with a new listing coming soon near Elings Park that was remodeled in 2011 and has an amazing floor plan and feel. Soon I will be bringing on a beautiful Spanish style home that is located on 6-acres and has a guest studio.
At the end of last year my listing at 9 San Marcos Trout Club was reduced to $829,000 and it is ready for a new owner to fall in love with the location and views. My listing on Tunnel Road is currently leased out with the tenants having a lease option to purchase in March which has ended up working well for everyone.
I will be listing another home in the Trout Club later in the spring and will be sure to update you all about details. In addition to these, I have several buyers that are ready to get serious now that the holidays are over and I will be searching high and low for the perfect properties for them to call home!
