Happy Summer To You All!

Our family now has a 7^th and a 5^th grader and we are starting out the Summer with soccer, volleyball and Jr. Lifeguard camps! We look forward to spending some time in Steamboat Springs, Co. in July and will float the Yampa River, go camping at Pearl Lake and enjoy Colorado, a place3 very close to our hearts.

In the real estate world, I was honored to represent dear friends on a purchase of a major fixer- which was just the way they wanted it! These two clients have the vision and the knowledge and help from family members and professionals when needed and I know they will turn their fixer into a place to call home.

I have a new downtown Santa Barbara condo listing that is gorgeous! Details can be found in this newsletter, and I look forward to finding a new buyer for this one! I recently put another condo into escrow for a past client that lives next door. They won’t have to hire movers for this one and I am so happy that it all worked out. Never say never!

I was invited to a top 20 Village Properties agent photo shoot that took place in the hills of Carpinteria at the house I featured in last month’s newsletter at Foothill Road. It was an early start time to be in full make-up and while I brought heels, it was so wet and cold that I wore my Ugg’s the whole time and the crew said they couldn’t wait to change into theirs too! For the whole group shots, we all took photos at individual times and then they were all photo shopped together and was interesting to partake in the process! I will share the final product when they are ready. Thank you, Renee, for this honor!

I recently updated my brochures and have mailed out many of them to my past clients. I am honored to have just surpassed the 20-year mark in this business and would like to thank everyone who has supported me along the way!
