This year Village Properties proudly celebrated 25 years of supporting clients and the community. We celebrated those 25 years together in true Villager style, under the stars on a gorgeous Santa Barbara night at the annual Village Properties party. I am proud to hang my license at Village Properties, locally and woman owned!
Village Properties was voted Best Real Estate Company by the voters of the Santa Barbara Independent. We are filled with gratitude to have been recognized with this honor for the past 11 years. I was honored to be voted Best Real Estate Agent and appreciate all the support. We look forward to many more years of serving our community and giving back.
The real estate market continues to move and groove and I have been assisting clients with the purchase of condos, sales of Goleta homes and purchases of single family residences up in Santa Ynez Valley for my cousin! I am trying to get my whole extended family to move closer and am working on my Aunt who has her horse property in escrow and is pondering a move to the SYV too…I look forward to a strong finishing of the 2021 year and am working on my business plan to start 2022 off with a map of what is to come in this amazing career that I love.
This year feels a lot different than last year with the gathering of friends and family for holiday celebrations. We will be in Steamboat Springs, CO this year spending time with Nate’s parents and our dear friends there and hoping for some snow! I hope that all of you are surrounded with family, friends, delicious food including pumpkin pie!
