It was a tremendous comfort to us that we had you to rely on. In addition to your usual standard of being available at all times to answer questions and keep us posted as to unfolding events, your energy, enthusiasm and optimism were perfectly focused on the process that resulted in our viewing more than 50 properties – in the evenings during the week, which we learned is quite unusual in this community. These transactions are always tricky, at best, but your considered, level-headed approach was appreciated by all sides and was ultimately successful for us. When escrow finally closed, you were incredibly generous to welcome us into our home with the gift of a First American Home warranty. This warranty has already been valuable for us, and we appreciate your thoughtfulness. We must also thank you for the numerous referrals to service providers. It’s always difficult to start at “ground zero” in a new neighborhood, and you made that transition as seamless as it could have been, and each provider been professional, qualified, and personable.

Elizabeth, we know that we were successful because of your efforts. You have made it possible for us to buy a property at the “next level” for us, and we sincerely thank you.
