Goleta

This thriving community is located approximately 6 miles west of Santa Barbara. Once considered a suburb of Santa Barbara, Goleta is now an incorporated city of its own. Goleta is also known as ‘The Good Land’ and was once an area completely covered in agricultural land. Today Goleta is the home of UCSB, many businesses as well as an assortment of great schools. There are many single family homes, tract developments, condominiums as well as mobile home parks to choose from while searching for a place in Goleta to call home.  He 101 freeway is the line separating Goleta North from Goleta South neighborhoods.
