As a Santa Barbara native, she possesses knowledge of neighborhood histories as well as past and present inventories of homes sold in order to provide clients an understanding of the current marketplace and community.

Her honest opinion on pricing strategies, knowledge of the escrow process, impressive attention to detail, and a love of what she does combine to make the real estate process enjoyable, educational and personal.

Elizabeth is about to take the Real Estate Broker’s examination in Los Angeles and has obtained the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. This prestigious designation demonstrates her commitment and dedication to the real estate industry. The GRI is considered by many in the industry to be one of the most advanced and comprehensive training programs available. To follow up on her EcoBroker® designation she also obtained the National Association of Realtors Green® Designation that promotes sustainably built properties and business practices.  

After Elizabeth earned dual degrees (History and Italian) from the University of Colorado, she returned to her hometown to pursue her career.  Whether you are selling or buying, Elizabeth can assist you in making your transactions smooth and worry free.
