An industry term for this situation is “For Sale By Owner” and these types of sales almost always end up involving Realtors in order to get the property in escrow and successfully closed. In this case my Buyers were interested in this property but the Sellers did not want to work with Realtors. After many difficult conversations with the Sellers, they came to accept that in order for my Buyers to move forward they would have to work with me as their agent. Like I said before, I am very proud that I got this one closed and my Buyers are happy.
